Mr. Haseltine is admitted to practice law in California and the District of Columbia. He spent 10 years at the Securities and Exchange Commission, where he was a Special Counsel in the Division of Corporate Finance. After leaving the SEC, Mr. Haseltine spent several years assisting securities commissions and governments in Africa, Eastern Europe and Asia. Many of his current clients are small businesses in the United States.
