I have been in practice since 1995, focusing on international law issues, particularly immigration and trade under NAFTA. I was a university professor for 38 years, and have published extensively. Because of my university experience I represent clients in disputes arising in universities and colleges. I am licensed in the states of California and Washington. I have consulted as an expert witness throughout North American on personal injury cases involving children and adolescents.
