Victor M. Norris is a shareholder of Hertz, Schram & Saretsky, P.C. and has been practicing law since 1976. His practice is litigation oriented, concentrating in the areas of commercial and negligence litigation, recreation law and criminal defense, including felonies, misdemeanors, and an expertise in all vehicular offenses such as negligent homicide, OWI's (alcohol related offenses), driver's licensing issues, and traffic offenses. He has been the firm's Managing Partner since 1988 and oversees every aspect of the day-to-day operations of the firm, as well as its long-term strategic planning.
