Valerie M. Roach has practiced law since 1998 in the areas of personal injury, medical malpractice, real estate, employment and business litigation. A graduate of the University of California, Hastings College of Law, Ms. Roach is a partner at Walsh & Roach, LLP, a bilingual law firm serving liitigation clients in Santa Cruz, Monterey, San Benito and Santa Clara counties. Ms. Roach works to advocate for each client and to obtain the desired result, whether through settlement negotiations or at trial. Recent cases include settlement of a medical malpractice action for half a million dollars and court judgments in two investment fraud cases of more than a quarter of a million dollars each, as well as numerous personal injury settlements.
