Firm: Glynn Law Group
Glynn Law Group is a San Diego law firm committed to the representation of employees and consumers who have been harmed by the wrongdoing of employers and companies.
Thomas E. Glynn is the founder of Glynn Law Group. For over nearly 15 years, Mr. Glynn has focused exclusively on the representation of consumers, employees and investors. In litigating both individual and complex class action cases, Mr. Glynn has fought for the protection of individuals who have been wrongfully harmed.
Before founding his own firm, Mr. Glynn was an associate at one of, if not, the largest plaintiff-side law firms in the country, where he litigated numerous complex class action cases on behalf of individual and institutional investors and consumers. Mr. Glynn worked on landmark cases against companies such as Enron, AT&T Corp., and Qwest Communications, in which extraordinary financial recoveries were obtained for class members.
Mr. Glynn started his own practice in 2005 and has since successfully represented thousands of clients in a variety of individual and class action cases. Mr. Glynn has successfully represented employees in class action cases against nationwide retailers who have failed to pay employee wages. Mr. Glynn has also successfully represented individual employees in numerous matters for claims including harassment, wrongful termination, and failure to pay wages or commissions. And in consumer cases, Mr. Glynn has achieved favorable recoveries in class actions where products have failed to perform as promised by sellers or manufacturers of the failed products.
Mr. Glynn earned his Juris Doctorate law degree from the University of San Diego School of Law and his undergraduate degree from the University of Washington. While in law school, Mr. Glynn served as an Executive Editor of the San Diego International Law Journal and studied under former United States Supreme Court Chief Justice William Rehnquist.
Mr. Glynn is licensed to practice law in all state and federal courts throughout California, and several other jurisdictions throughout the country.
