We also counsel clients on the environmental aspects of corporate and real estate transactions.

My goal is to establish long term relationships with my clients. That familiarity with a company or person's operations allows me to tailor advice to their overall circumstances, and also allows me to do that quickly and efficiently (thereby saving my client time and money).

I am especially effective at helping clients navigage environmental regulations and handling environmental enforcement actions because I was an Associate Regional Counsel at the United States Environmental Protection Agency, Region 5, where I conducted several hundred enforcement actions.

I have practiced in all aspects of environmental law, including the Clean Air Act; the Clean Water Act; the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act; the Toxic Substances Control Act; the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act; and Superfund (aka CERCLA).
