Adoptions are my favorite part of my job and I am very fortunate to be able to assist in many adoption cases to include cases involving the local social service agency as well as private adoptions. I am a guardian ad litem and represent children in foster care, so I am well versed in the Child In Need of Care Code in Kansas. I also serve as guardian and conservator for many disabled individuals and have extensive knowledge in this area of practice. I also handle estate cases and regularly practive in this arena.
