Ron A. Costeck attended McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario CDN where he obtained an Honors Bachelors of Commerce Degree in 1991. In 1995 he graduated with a Juris Doctorate from the University of Memphis, TN.

After a brief period working for a non profit Ron Costeck was admitted in the State of Washington to practice law. At the beginning of his legal career Ron practiced as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for Grays Harbor County and later the City of Bellingham. In 2001, Ron began working on a Ph.D. at Temple University, PA and instructed as an Adjunct Professor in the areas of Criminal Law and Procedure. In 2003, Ron returned to practice as a Deputy Prosecutor for Skagit County. Before leaving the Skagit County Prosecutors Office in 2005 to open his own law firm, Ron Costeck was trying everything from minor cases (such as DUI) to Vehicular Homicide and Manslaughter.

In addition to being licensed to practice law in the State of Washington, Ron Costeck is a member of the Washington Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys and has completed specialized training in Trial Advocacy and Advanced Techniques in Forensic DNA evidence at the National District Attorneys Association.

Ron’s primary area of practice includes criminal defense and personal injury (auto accidents) work. Criminal Defense includes everything from serious felonies to misdemeanor cases, such as DUI and domestic violence. The firm currently represents a diverse clientele in the following jurisdictions: Island County, San Juan County, Skagit County, Whatcom County and Snohomish County and corresponding Municipalities (Cities) within these areas.
