I have practiced law primarily in the San Fracnisco Bay Area and in Fresno, California. I have extensive expereince in complex business transactions, counseling and deal making as well as litigation. Prior to firm practice, I worked as in-house counsel for early and mid-dtage companies in the technology, banking and healthcare field.

My educational experience includes both a bachelor's of Science and Bachelor's of Art degrees from the University of California, Berkeley and a Juris Doctorate and Master's of Business Administration from the Golden Gate University.
