I am federally qualified as a CJA Panel Trial Attorney and have represented many defendants in Federal Court and many defendants charged with many criminal offenses in State Court. I have been a member of the Florida Bar, practicing criminal law in Lee County for over 14 years. I practiced law in New York and California representing defendants in over 750 criminal cases. I am also admitted to practicing law in the state of Iowa.

I have handled many felony and misdemeanor cases both at the Federal and State levels and many child dependency cases involving the Department of Children and Families (DCF). My fees are affordable.
