We help injured clients receive fair compensation for their injuries caused by the negligence of others. We work hard to make sure you are compensated for your pain and suffering, lost wages, and past and future medical expenses.
We understand how serious injuries can effect your life. Most cases settle without having to go to court. However, if the insurance company does not treat you fairly, we have earned the reputation as aggressive litigators in and out of the courtroom.
We know you have questions. What is my case worth? What if I don't have health insurance? Who is going to fix my car? Please contact us today so we can answer these questions and more.
Personal Representation for your Personal Injury.

Attorney Paul Overett has been practicing law in California since 2000. After graduating from Loyola Law School in 1998, Paul acted as a consultant for Deloitte & Touche, LLP’s Real Estate and Tax Group advising accountants and clients on complicated real estate and tax issues. That practice led into a period of Mergers and Acquisitions activity where Paul was the first associate level attorney to be offered a position with this prestigious group.
As the real estate market heated up in the mid-2000’s, Paul’s focus continued in real estate with a concentration on development issues, including land entitlements, construction contracts, loan agreements, leasing negotiations and a massive variety of sub-topics.
In the last several years, Paul has concentrated on a more traditional legal practice with a focus on personal injury and business disputes.
Paul offers a free consultation to all new clients and welcomes you to his new office with breathtaking golf course views and an ocean view for those with excellent vision.
