For more than two decades, the personal injury lawyers at Frenkel & Frenkel have represented clients—not only in Dallas but also in courtrooms nationwide—who have suffered catastrophic injuries from automobile and trucking collisions, medical errors, dangerous products and drugs, on-the-job injuries and dog attacks. As experienced and tenacious personal injury trial lawyers who previously defended insurance companies, hospitals and doctors, Frenkel & Frenkel brings valuable insight to each case and understands the effect catastrophic injuries have on people’s lives. They thoroughly investigate each case to expose negligence and understand the full extent of damages.
Frenkel & Frenkel fights to win for its clients and to make the community a safer place for all of us. Our experienced accident lawyers in Dallas prepare every case for trial, bringing in specialists such as accident reconstructionists, audiovisual professionals, engineers, medical experts and economists to strengthen cases. Frenkel & Frenkel has an attorney who is also a medical doctor to help explain complex medical records to the courts and juries for car wreck, 18-wheeler, dog bite and medical malpractice cases.
Each relationship begins with a free consultation with an attorney. All cases are handled on a contingency basis. Clients do not pay attorney fees until Frenkel & Frenkel obtains compensation on their claims—whether through settlement or a verdict at trial.
If you’re looking for a car or truck wreck attorney or accident lawyer in Dallas, or across the country, contact Frenkel & Frenkel for an advocate who understands your loss, can clearly explain the law, and will work to make your life better and our community safer.
Dallas car accident lawyer Mark D. Frenkel was born and raised in St. Louis. After clerkships with firms in St. Louis and Dallas, he permanently relocated to Dallas in 1992 to join the firm of Arter & Hadden. Next he joined the Dallas office of a large New York insurance defense firm. In 1994, he and his brother Scott formed Frenkel & Frenkel with fellow personal injury attorney Gene Burkett. In the beginning, they represented an insurance company from Austin and a trucking company from Joplin, Missouri; however within six months, they decided to dedicate their careers to serving plaintiffs. Mark’s experience on the opposing side of personal injury cases provides valuable insight. His expertise has benefited thousands of clients who have received life-changing settlements and verdicts to help them cope with injuries and loss.
