We maintain a statewide practice focusing in the area of construction law for mid-sized, regional and national contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and materialmen. We have extensive experience preserving, filing and perfecting mechanics and materialmen's liens, payment bond claims, and commercial collections as well as business organization and development, contract drafting, and AIA document review.

Mark Cobb is licensed to practice in the state and federal courts of Georgia and Alabama; he was graduated from Washington and Lee University Law School in 1991 with his JD; in addition, he holds a BA in English from Berry College. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Solo and Small Firm Practice Section, and the Construction Law Forum.
