The practice primarily serves Los Angeles County and Orange County, but has clients throughout the state. The emphasis has always been in estate planning, i.e., Trusts, Wills, Durable Powers of Attorney, Advanced Health Care Directives, Probate and Trust Administration, as well as Corporate, LLC and Partnership formation, dissolution and business transactions.

Marc L. Samson has practiced throughout California since 1980 primarily in the estate planning field, probate, business transactions and business entity formation and dissolution. Marc is regularly engaged as outside counsel by a number of major financial institutions in probate matters and where Court approval is required for trust terminations, trust modifications, instructions, appointment of successor trustees and accountings. Marc has also lectured on behalf of National Business Institute in providing continuing education for other lawyers. Member of Los Angeles County Bar Probate and Trusts Section and Orange Coast Estate Planning Council
