Lynne Borsuk is an experienced trial lawyer with 20 years experience as an attorney in the courtrooms of Georgia. She has an exclusive law practice focusing on criminal defense with a strong emphasis on the trial phase of legal advocacy.

Lynne Borsuk’s trial experience along with a personal commitment to her clients and an aggressive continuing legal education philosophy, have given her a solid reputation for professionalism and quality of service. The firm offers total litigation services in a supportive, hands-on environment. As a trial lawyer and former law school professor, Ms. Borsuk’s philosophy is grounded in the strong belief that her clients should be fully informed about every aspect of their case as the case progresses. Excellence in the courtroom is the result of years of trial and courtroom experience. Mrs. Borsuk has successfully tried jury trials and presented cases of all types before judges all over Georgia.
