Firm: Arrastia & Capote, LLP
Mr. Arrastia, a former partner of a full-service national law firm, and Ms. Capote founded a smaller, more focused minority-owned and operated boutique practice to offer clients the experience, skill, and training associated with the larger firms, while offering more personalized attention in a cost-efficient structure.
Our focus is to solve client problems in a cost-effective, goal-focused manner with only one objective in mind: achieving the best possible result for the client with professionalism, value, and a dedication to excellence.
The firm is based on important lessons learned about our clients’ goals, which define the way in which we practice law and service our clients. We believe that the way we serve our clients best reflects who we are. We understand business. Prior to and in addition to being attorneys, we are businesspeople.
We believe in counseling all clients as to their options to find the strategy that best suits their business needs whether the client faces a business dispute or a regulatory issue. A race to the courthouse and full-blown litigation is not always the best and only answer. Sometimes a negotiated resolution is in a client’s best interest. Whatever the goal, we recognize that it is our clients’ goals that define our actions. The client is first and foremost.
We encourage a relationship of trust and confidence that clients should expect from in their attorneys. This allows us to partner with clients in solving those business problems that have gone beyond a business solution. Being a part of our client’s team in solving problems, instead of just a vendor of legal services, is not only a goal; it is the element of satisfaction that drives us.
Each of our attorneys is Cuban-American and a native Spanish speaker.?
