BIO

Born and raised on Massachusetts’ North Shore, Kimberly Hale then lived and worked on Beacon Hill in Boston before relocating to South Florida. Her career began in 1995 as a Trial Court Investigator, with the Trial Courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Ms. Hale began Hale Investigations in 1995 in Boston, MA. After becoming a resident of Florida in 2000, Ms. Hale then became an Investigator with the State specializing in adult and child protective cases. She is now a Licensed Private Investigator with the State of Florida and is the President of Kim Hale Private Investigations.

Ms. Hale holds a BA from the University of Massachusetts Boston in Legal Studies as well as a Paralegal Certificate and an Associates Degree in Human Services. In addition, she was certified in 1995 as a Trial Court Investigator through Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education and has completed extensive investigations trainings, including Criminal Justice Interviewing, Legal Issues, Interviewing Children and Offenders, Interviewing Skills, Witness Impeachment Techniques, Surveillance, Probate Investigations and Forensics.

Kimberly’s experience includes hundreds and hundreds of cases, with specialties in locating missing people and specialization in conducting background investigations and fraud prevention.

Ms. Hale is the Founder and Executive Director of the private foundation Gateways, established in Boston in 1999. Gateways is a not-for-profit book program that serves incarcerated youth launched in Palm Beach County, Florida in 2004, providing reading material and mentoring programs to troubled, high risk youth in order to facilitate positive inner psychological change. The books focus on structure, values, kindness, relationships and role models, the books are geared to a range of reading abilities.
