Mr. Carr provides legal entity formation advice to emerging business owners and entrepreneurs. In recent years, Mr. Carr has represented financial investment professionals to limit, defend and/or deflect liability in cases before the Circuit Courts for the State of Oregon, the United States District Court for the District of Oregon, SEC, FINRA, CFP Board of Standards, and regulatory bodies throughout the Pacific Northwest. Mr. Carr also has extensive experience with insurance defense claims, including commercial general liability policies and insureds within the transportation and trucking industries. Mr. Carr’s legal experience includes nearly fifteen years of claims defense, licensing, merger/acquisition, professional discipline, regulatory violations, audit compliance, and entity formation and re-structuring. Mr. Carr is also a former intern for U.S. Senator Mark O. Hatfield.
