Firm: Burke Law Group PLLC
Burke Law Group's Spokane attorneys provide the highest level of legal services for their divorce and family law clients. We pride ourselves for being responsive to the needs of our clients, knowing that we are their legal guide through a difficult and often contentious period of their lives.
We continually seek to excel in our representation of clients across the economic spectrum. Our clients have included highly compensated professionals, executives and business owners, thru to hard working blue collar employees and their families. In March of 2010, Burke Law Group was recognized by the Spokane County Bar Association as the VLP 2009 Outstanding Law Firm of the Year.
Burke Law Group also has been a pioneer in bringing Collaborative Law to Spokane for divorces. This alternative to an adversarial and possibly bitter divorce uses specially trained attorneys and financial professionals to develop settlements that target the goals and interests of both spouses. This provides a totally confidential and respectful forum to develop solutions that are often seen as a win-win by both spouses.
Burke Law Group offers several options for payment of legal fees, including VISA and MasterCard credit cards. When appropriate, we will also agree to payment plans that work within the client's budget.
Our convenient location on North Division has ample free parking for our clients, and is easily accessible from all parts of the Spokane metro area. The building is fully ADA compliant.

Burke Law Group provides extensive legal services for all types of family law and estate planning needs. Two of the attorneys are litigation focused, while John Burke has chosen to concentrate his practice on the use of collaborative practice in divorces. John believes that for a majority of the divorces, it is possible to have the couple resolve their divorce issues without having to go through the stress and trauma of court motions, hearings, and a trial. This often results in a healthier post-divorce relationship, which can be very important when children are involved. John was involved in eastern Washington's first collaborative divorce case. He has continued this groundbreaking trend by being one of the most active collaborative divorce attorneys in the region, and now limits his divorce practice to only collaborative law cases.
