Practice includes General Counsel to the Michigan Pharmacists Association, representation of pharmacies, pharmacists and other health care professionals in administrative and licensure matters, professional malpractice, employment law, health care law, reimbursement, third-party, audits and financial disputes. Also empolyed full time at Wayne State University as Professor of Pharmacy Law and Ethics, Health Care Administration and Health Care Policy. Have provided expert witness services to a variety of health care clients as both defendant and plaintiff for both individuals and large corporate organizations.
