Certain cases must be tried and those cases will be handled accordingly from the outset.

Defense counsel and claims personnel must function as a team. Therefore, we do not charge for time spent when claims personnel place telephone calls to us. We believe this will encourage communication with us when working together on a file. If this becomes routine, claims will settle more quickly and more economically. We also encourage frequent file reviews. Again, we believe this is part of our service and we do not charge for such reviews.
