Jason Wilcox

We endeavor to provide superior service at less cost to clients in the Business, Real Estate, Commercial and Wills and Estates practice areas. Although Wilcox Law has experience in other areas, the firm’s focus is on those areas listed above. Mr. Wilcox’ experience includes working at a large construction boutique firm where he handled matters from land acquisition to employment disputes, and everything in between, for businesses in southern Nevada. Since coming to Utah he has served in-house as general counsel to a nationwide mortgage lending company and in the private sector at a real estate practice firm.

Mr. Wilcox has professional experience representing the following: Insurance carriers; Large and Small Businesses; Estate Planning; Contractors; Real Estate Developers; Subcontractors; Material Suppliers; Land Owners; and, Homeowner's Associations. Mr. Wilcox has also served as general counsel to a nationwide company and from that experience has a unique understanding of the legal needs of private business.

Education:

Mr. Wilcox earned his J.D. from the Gonzaga University School of Law in 1999, and his undergraduate degree from Utah State University in 1995.
