The representation of individuals injured by negligence, medical malpractice or faulty products is one of the most challenging and rewarding specialities in the practice of law. We love what we do. This passion manifests itself in the dedication we bring to our clients and their cases. Our outstanding results, including numerous million dollar verdicts and settlements, speak for themselves.
Wingate, Russotti & Shapiro is a personal injury firm. We only represent individuals who are injured by negligence; through the malpractice of doctors or hospitals; injured in workplace accidents or by faulty products, equipment or machinery; injured in automobile accidents; or through the negligent maintenance of property. The firm has achieved great success in these specialties which are all bound together by a common thread: an individual has suffered serious physical or emotional injury.
"In representing those who may have been unalterably damaged by the wrongs of others, I get great fulfillment in knowing that my work is able to accomplish justice and provide improvement in my clients' lives."
After receiving his undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Michigan in 1990, Jason earned his J.D. degree from Emory University School of Law in 1993.

He had also successfully handled numerous appeals involving a wide variety of legal issues in the areas of medical malpractice, construction law and general negligence.
