Our clients are committed professionals who plan to have long careers in the entertainment industry. It is our goal to represent them throughout their careers, not for just one project. The firm handles all legal and business aspects of independent film production including financing, corporate formation, performer, director and writer agreements, union and guild collective bargaining agreements, copyright issues and distribution (see Practice Areas for more details). The initial consultation is always complimentary. At the conclusion of the initial consultation, all clients are provided a comprehensive assessment of their legal needs, the time involved to provide the proposed services and the projected costs.
