Harry Gandy graduated from UC Santa Barbara in 1971 with a B.A in English. He graduated from the law school of Golden Gate University in San Francisco in 1978, and further received an M.B.A. in Taxation from Golden Gate University in 1982.

Mr. Gandy is licensed to practice law in Oregon and California, and is a member of the Douglas County Bar Association as well as the National Organization of Social Security Claimants Representatives. He is also on the board of directors of the Umpqua Valley Actors Theater and the Advocates for End-of-Life Care of Roseburg.

Harry has been practicing law for 27 years. Before that he worked for the Internal Revenue Service as an auditor and conferee, and as a editor for the legal publishing firm of Bancroft-Whitney. He is married, and the father of two sons.
