As a construction litigator and a licensed general contractor, I bring a unique set of skills to the mediation table. With almost 30 years experience as an attorney licensed to practice law in Florida and Texas and 20 years as a developer/general contractor, I have unparalleled experience to bring to bear to help you resolve your construction dispute.

My legal practice has been concentrated in construction litigation, and my clients run the full gamut from disgruntled homeowners to unpaid general contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.

On the development side, I have constructed as an owner/builder various commercial, residential and multi-family projects in Miami–Dade and Broward counties. My construction experience is real world- from plan design to governmental plan approval-from trade coordination and on-site supervision through final completion.
