We are a law firm focused on counseling, representing and litigating for businesses and contractors.

We provide counseling from the beginning at business formation including partnerships, corporations, and LLC's.

We specialize in contract formation, contract revisions, and review and provide guidance in dealing with contracts of others.

We represent clients in litigation, arbitration and mediation. We defend contractors at CSLB hearings and CSLB arbitrations. We represent businesses in negotiating settlements and resolutions of disputes including contract disputes, payment, and performance.

We assist our clients in being pro-active by improving their contracts, change-orders and other business related agreements to be certain that these provide clear terms, the current state of the law and protect the interests of our clients’ businesses.

Many of our clients are construction related businesses. Our clients include construction companies, general contractors, the trade, service companies and family-owned businesses.
