Diana Whipkey Young

The Young Law Firm is a very reputable general practice firm which handles cases involving injuries to the person or deaths caused by motor vehicle collisions, slip and falls, product defects, nursing home faciilities or personnel or other causes; family law issues, such as divorce, child custody, child support, modification, contempt, legitimation, determination of paternity, adoption, separate maintenance, restraining orders,and other related matters; criminal defense of all matters from felonies, misdemeanors, traffic cases, and juvenile cases; and business and probate matters.

Georgia

Diana Whipkey Young has been practicing law since 1983. After graduating from the University of Georgia School of Law, her first job was as a prosecuting attorney in Cobb County, Georgia, where she gained extensive trial experience. Thereafter, she went into private practice with the firm then known as Hicks and Marsh, P.C. She worked as an associate, and then became a partner with the firm which then became known as Hicks, Marsh, Casey and Young, P.C. She left the law firm and started her own firm in 1997.
