David received a BA in Physiology and a minor in Chemistry from the Unviersity of California and MBA with emphasis in finance from the University of Santa Clara. After a successful career in commercial real estate brokerage, syndication, and property management David entered Lincoln University School of Law in San Jose and was admitted to the bar in 1990. Since that time he has litigated hundreds of business and real estate cases including:

* Easement disputes
* Partnership, corporate and tenancy in common disputes
* Real estate fraud litigation
* Litigation against real estate syndicators

David's transactional practice includes:
