Originally from Florence, Alabama, David graduated from Bradshaw High School, and went on to graduate from Huntingdon College with a B.A. in History. David later earned his J.D. from Birmingham School of Law, while working full-time in the legal field. In addition to an extensive background in the hospitality and healthcare industries, David is experienced in handling business litigation matters, workers' compensation, real estate transactions, divorce and child custody matters, alternative dispute resolution, and contract disputes. David is a member of the Alabama State Bar, The American Bar Assoication, and The Birmingham Bar Association. He is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Alabama and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Alabama. He is married, has two sons, and currently resides in Birmingham.
