Daniel T. Johnson has been a member of Schlecht, Shevlin & Shoenberger, A Law Corporation, since 1980, and has served as managing shareholder for over 15 years. Mr. Johnson's practice extends primarily to real property purchase and sale transactions, commercial and ground leasing, subdivision processing, real property secured financing, and general business and corporate law. He is the recipient of an "AV" rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the national directory of lawyers, indicating preeminent legal ability and the utmost ethical standards.
Mr. Johnson earned his undergraduate degree in economics from the University of California, Los Angeles. He also holds a Juris Doctorate and a Master of Business Administration, degrees he earned concurrently from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law and Marshall School of Business. Mr. Johnson has been admitted to practice law in all state courts in California as well as before the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
