I am founder and owner of my private corporation which started operations in 2003 and which specializes in intellectual property law. I have served as a part-time Senior Patent Counsel at Kythera Biopharmaceuticals (2007-2009) and also served as Corporate (Patent) Counsel at Amgen Inc. for eleven years (1992-2003).

My seventeen years of legal experience in the biotechnology industry includes substantial patent prosecution experience, as well as patent litigation, trademark, and licensing experience.
