Structure, review draft and negotiate both domestic and international engineering, procurement and construction projects, proposals, subcontracts and ancillary documents. Manage the aspects of project execution issues, claims, disputes and litigation in behalf of the company entities. Review, negotiate and approve commercial terms contained in proposals, tenders and project contracts. Provide active support to the sales, tendering, operations, construction and sourcing functions regarding all relevant contractual and legal aspects. Support management in establishing and implementing risk management strategies. Foster and monitor compliance with employer’s agreements, legal procedures and management instructions.
