Calvin David Biggers

Our firm is engaged in the General Practice of law primarily in the state courts of central Alabama. The firm is small(currentlt two attorneys) and resources limit our involvement in complex fedral litigation. Otherwise the combined nearly fifty years experience makes our firm capable of agressive and successful representaion in a broad range of fields including personal injury, domestic relations, criiminal defense, estates and government and business represntation.

Calvin D. Biggers is a graduate of Harvard College A.B. 1975 and Harvard Law School J.D. 1978. He is a native of Tuskegee,Alabama. Has practiced in Alabama since 1979. Has served as a Sr. Legislative Staff member for U.S. Senator Donald Stewart and as Counsel and Special Assistant to President at Tuskegee University.
He serve for ten years as Fairfield, Alabama City Attorney, 11 Years as Utilities Counsel and Special Counsel to the Mayor of Bessemer, Alabama. General Counsel Macon County, Alabama Board Of Education, General Counsel West Jefferson Amusement and Recreation Board (Visionland-Alabama Adventure) and represented numerous other public and private entities.
He is divorced father of six member of Covenant Church internation, Scoutmaster Troop &9 Boy Scouts of America. Member Alph Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc. He is a member of numerous professional, civic and social organizations including founding member Alabama Association of Municipal Attorneys.

A. V. Callins is a graduate of Birmingham Southern College B.S. 1990 and Samford University-Cumberland Law School 1993. Member Alabama State Bar Association numerous other professional organizations . She served as Fairfield City Attorney for 8 years and has represented numerous governemental and business entities and individuls.
