Bob Richardson has been many things in life: A newscaster, a prosecutor and a member of the Texas House of Representatives. In his heart, however, he’s always been lawyer with a desire to serve those in need.
Now retired, Bob was the founding attorney of The Bob Richardson Law Firm, where he represented the injured and disabled in personal injury, wrongful death and Social Security disability cases, helping them to secure the benefits and compensation they need and deserve.

Bob is also a member of numerous law organizations, including the American Association for Justice, Texas Trial Lawyers Association, Capital Area Trial Lawyers Association, State Bar of Texas, Travis County Bar Association, National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives (NOSSCR), Fifth Circuit Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives, and State Bar College (recognizes outstanding participation in Continuing Legal Education).
He is a former Outstanding Young Man of America and has received commendations from Mothers Against Drunk Drivers (MADD), University of Texas Faculty and Mental Health and Retardation staff for his legislative work.
