Anthony G. Ashe

The Law Offices of Anthony Ashe is the only law firm in Bay Point, California and Mr. Anthony Ashe is the only California State Bar certified Criminal Law Specialist in East Contra Costa County. Our firm focuses on all areas of criminal law, including driving under the influence, misdemeanors, and felonies. Our firm also handles matters in the areas of child dependency, child delinquency, personal injury and general civil litigation.

Mr. Ashe is a former Deputy District Attorney in Contra Costa County and established his practice in 1992. He has been a member in good standing with the California Bar Association since 1989 and a Criminal Law Specialist since 1996 [at that time he was the youngest Criminal Law Specialist in California].


He studied at the University of California at Davis and earned his Juris Doctorate at McGeorge School of Law at the University of the Pacific. Mr. Ashe speaks English and Spanish.

Mr. Ashe has been married for 18 years and has four children, ages 10-17. He has coached Youth Soccer for 10 seasons and is a USTA tennis player 4.0.
