Adrienne P. Ashby

Ashby & Polk attorneys have twenty years of combined legal experience. Adrienne Ashby and Nora Polk founded Ashby & Polk, LLC in July 2007.

Georgia

Adrienne Ashby graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law. After graduating, Adrienne served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Henry Coke Morgan, Jr. in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. At the end of her clerkship, Adrienne moved to Atlanta, where she began practicing as an associate in the commercial real estate section at Kilpatrick Stockton, LLP. Adrienne left Kilpatrick Stockton to join the Senior Citizens Law Project of Atlanta Legal Aid Society as a staff attorney. She eventually became a supervising attorney in the Senior Citizens Law Project. Adrienne was featured in the Wall Street Journal and on the CBS Evening News for her work in representing low-income senior citizens and disabled citizens against predatory lenders. She was recognized as a Rising Star by the Fulton County Daily Report in 2005, and a Georgia SuperLawyer in 2007 and 2009. Adrienne is married to Solomon Ashby, Jr., and they have three children, Solomon III, Leah, and Seth.
