Professional Profile:
Adam Pollack has been a licensed attorney since 1996, following his graduation from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. During nearly fourteen years of practice, Adam has participated in over sixty civil and criminal jury trials as lead counsel.

Following graduation from law school, Adam worked for the State of Florida as a public defender in the 18th Judicial Circuit. During his two year tenure, Adam represented hundreds of clients from arraignment through trial and appeal.

After departing the public defender's office, Adam worked as a senior law clerk for the 18th Judicial Circuit. The responsiblities of this position included routinely advising the judges in that circuit on all aspects of the law. This opportunity provided Adam with a unique perspective of how the judges arrived at their decisions.

Realizing that advocacy was in his blood, Adam established his own law firm in Orlando. During the next decade, Adam would successfully represent hundreds of clients in civil and criminal litigation matters. In 2009, Adam was recognized by the Florida Bar for his accomplishments and was certified as an expert in criminal trial practice.

Adam has successfully utilized his courtroom expertise to obtain the most favorable results for his clients since opposing counsel is aware that Adam is willing and able to proceed to trial if it serves the best interest of his client.

In addition to being a certified trial expert, Adam has been accredited by the Veterans Administration to represent veterans disability claimants. Adam is also admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims.

Adam Pollack lives in Florida and manages the Orlando office.
