Thomas F. Quilling handles civil litigation and transactions with emphasis on construction, environmental, land use, governmental relations and real estate.
Prior to joining Wasserman & Wasserman LLP, Mr. Quilling was at litigation associate in the Los Angeles offices of Holland & Knight LLP, Brown Winfield Canzonari & Abrams, Inc., Arter & Hadden LLP, and Wilson Elser where he participated in a broad range of complex litigation matters, construction litigation and transactions, environmental and real estate issues.
Mr. Quilling has published extensively on Construction issues and speaks on the same issues.
Mr. Quilling received his J.D. degree from Loyola Law School in 1999. He received his B.S. in Architecture with honors in 1989.
Affiliations & Memberships:
Mr. Quilling is active in both Bar and the Community activities. He was a member of both the Board of Trustees and Executive Committee of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, an officer of the Los Angeles County Bar Barristers and a member of the Real Property Executive Committee of the Los Angeles County Bar.
Mr. Quilling served as a member and on the Board of Directors for Switzer Learning School and Clinical Services, a non-profit organization serving children and adults with learning and emotional disabilities. He additionally acted as pro bono Construction Counsel for Switzer. He was also on the Board of Trustees of Beacon House Association of San Pedro.
