This practice has continued to date with particular emphasis on defense of Insurers and Self-insurers. The firm’s practice is statewide with regular appearances made on cases in Dalton, Carrollton, Augusta, Valdosta, Savannah, Albany, Tifton, and Columbus as well as the Atlanta area. In addition, the firm practices in the Federal Court system and Mr. Salter is licensed to practice before the Northern District of Georgia, the Middle District of Georgia, the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals and the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals as well as being licensed in all trial and Appellate Courts in the State of Georgia.
