Theodore Salter, Jr., currently president and sole stockholder of the firm, was born in Beaufort, North Carolina on August 29, 1948 and was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in September 1973. Mr. Salter’s undergraduate degree was received from the University of North Carolina (BA 1970) and his degree as a JD WITH DISTINCTION was received from Emory University in 1973 where he was awarded Order of the Coif, was a member of the editorial board of the School Law Review, Academic Scholarship recipient and nine time award winner for the highest averages of various specific courses. Mr. Salter is a member of the American Bar Association, the State Board Bar Association of Georgia and participates in or oversees all matters of litigation. Mr. Salter is rated with the highest academic and ethical ratings given to lawyers (AV) and teaches seminars on workers’ compensation defense and employer handling of workers’ compensation claims.
