Michael J. Morse has been a practicing attorney since 1992. He graduated Cum-Laude from the University of Detroit School of Law, where he now is an adjunct professor teaching Law Practice Management. Michael sits as an arbitrator, mediator and case evaluator in Wayne, Oakland and Macomb Counties. He was appointed by Jennifer Granholm to sit on the Chiropractic Board of medicine and served as the Chairman of the Disciplinary Subcommittee. Mr. Morse is an experienced trial lawyer, specializing in automobile, truck, motorcycle and pedestrian accidents. He is an expert in litigating both first and third party No Fault cases. Mr. Morse lectures throughout the state to various groups and is on the executive committee of the Michigan Association of Justice and a member of the American Association of Justice. His interest in technology and passion to “go green” were instrumental in making MJM. P.C. a paperless office. Mr. Morse is now a national speaker on the subject of paperless technology. He is also the author of the national publication, Litigating Neck & Back Injuries by James Publishing.
