For the past 25 years, Mr. Cabori has maintained a standard of excellence in defending the rights of the accused. He is a graduate of the prestigious University of California at Davis School of Law. His academic achievements in law school lead to his selection as a Legal Writing Editor. He demonstrated his commitment to justice early on by completing an internship with the Prison Law Office at U.C. Davis.

Mr. Cabori was admitted to the California State Bar in December of 1987. He has also been admitted to practice in all Federal District Courts throughout California, Arizona, and Nevada.

Mr. Cabori joined the Orange County Public Defender in 1988. He was among the youngest attorneys ever promoted to the Attorney IV position. Level IV positions are reserved for the office’s best trial attorneys. Mr. Cabori has tried numerous felony and misdemeanor cases, litigated preliminary hearings, and prepared and argued motions. Mr. Cabori also assigned felony cases, supervised attorneys and staff, and trained new attorneys as an Assistant Deputy in Charge/Felony Coordinator.

As a former Deputy Public Defender, Mr. Cabori defended numerous serious felony cases, including homicides, sexual assaults, domestic violence, arson, drug offenses, and property crimes.
