Graduated with dean's list honors from New England School of Law in Boston, Massachusetts. Kristen graduation from San Diego State University at the top 10% of her graduating class, with dean's list honors, majoring in history, english and political science. Ms. Bienstock is committed to providing each client with the respect and the time that they each deserve.

Kristen currently is a Mentee attorney with the King County Bar Association's Family Law Mentor Program, where she serves as a pro bono attorney for under priviliged people who cannot afford legal services. Kristen also is part of the LFI (Lawyers Fostering Youth), which is a program where attorneys help assist, on a pro bono basis, foster children, who have aged out of the system, with their legal problems.

Ms. Bienstock's passion for the area of family law, coupled with children's rights is a dedication that has been present before she entered law school and that which drives her today in each of her cases.
