Kimberlee Ann Fowler

Ms. Fowler has 13 years experience practicing law. She is admitted to practice law in both Florida and Michigan. She graduated with honors from Michigan State University with a degree in English. Thereafter she earned her law degree from Thomas Cooley Law School, graduating with distinction. She worked as an assistant prosecutor in Michigan before relocating to Florida.

Upon arriving in Florida in 2002, Ms. Fowler wrote and edited legal publications for a national audience before beginning her civil practice as an insurance defense attorney at a prestigious firm in West Palm Beach, Florida. She later became in-house counsel for a nationwide automobile insurance company. In 2007, Ms. Fowler developed a sincere interest in bankruptcy after working alongside one of South Florida's most prominent bankruptcy attorneys.

Ms. Fowler is also an arbitrator for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority. She is licensed to practice law in Michigan as well as Florida. She is admitted to practice before all three U.S. District Courts in Florida.
