Jon Schwartz

Jon Schwartz represents individuals and organizations with environmental and consumer protection claims. His practice includes Clean Water Act suits, stormwater cases, challenges to industrial permits, challenges to road projects, historic preservation, eminent domain, cases against the government for improper management of public lands, and toxic torts (injuries caused by exposure to toxic substances). Consumer protection claims include product liability, insurance law, banking law, wrongful foreclosure, and fraudulent real estate transactions. Jon was named by Atlanta Magazine as a 2010 Rising Star.
