Jason Matey

The Law Offices of Jason Matey believes that our customers' needs are of the utmost importance. I serve clients throughout New Jersey, focusing on Union, Somerset, Hunterdon, Mercer and Sussex counties. We are uniquely qualified to resolve all criminal defense matters our clients are facing. Our firm has successfully litigated hundreds of criminal and municipal cases.

We handle all phases of Federal and New Jersey criminal proceedings including investigations, grand jury, pre-trial motions trial, pleas and sentencing and appeals.
We also serve all of our clients family law matters, assisting them through divorces, child custody and palimony cases.

Additionally, we help our clients navigate their way through complex and difficult issues of deportation and other immigration matters.

The Law Offices of Jason Matey has served New Jersey residents since 2009. Prior to that Jason Matey worked at an Associate Attorney at the Offices of Nabel Kassem and as an Assistance Prosecutor at the Union County Prosecutor's Office.
