Jami Fosgate also provides Litigation Consulting Services, Limited Scope Representation and Legal Document Preparation at a flat fee for parties who want to control the costs of their family law case.

There is a reduced rate of $95.00 for a one-hour consultation and there is a FREE consultation for a couple who attends together to learn the benefits of not litigating a family law matter.The regular attorney fee is only $195.00 per hour. Consultations and Mediation sessions may be scheduled in the evenings and on weekends for your convenience.

I am a graduate of Woody Mosten's Divorce Mediation training program and the Los Angeles County Bar Association's Basic and Advanced Mediation Training. I serve as a volunteer mediator for Los Angeles Superior Court.

After a career in marketing and media buying and following my own divorce, I decided to enroll in Loyola Law School to gain the knowledge and skills necessary to help others navigate the legal labyrinth. While attending Loyola Law School, I was on the Dean's List each semester, was active in the Evening Women's Law Association, was selected for membership in the St. Thomas More Law Honor Society and earned the award for "Best Oral Advocate" in the annual Scott Moot Court Competition.

During law school, I served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Lawrence W. Crispo (Ret.) at Los Angeles Superior Court and I worked for two years as a law clerk at California's premier appellate firm, Horvitz & Levy.

I graduated in the top 15% of my class at Loyola Law School and I was licensed by the California State Bar in December 2004. I am admitted to practice law before all California courts and the United States District Court, Central District.

Upon graduation from Loyola Law School, I was chosen to serve for two years as a Law Clerk for Los Angeles Superior Court in Civil Law and Motion. Since 2006, I have devoted my practice exclusively to Family Law.
