Glenn E. Tanner

I gladly and proudly participated in the first dissolution of marriage case involving Spokane County residents to be resolved via the Collaborative Process, with two trained attorneys, and a formal written disqualification agreement in which the participants and attorneys agreed not to go to court. The case also involved a jointly hired financial expert and child expert. Now, years after the case started, both participants are highly involved in co-parenting and have a much better personal relationship than if the case was litigated. Moreover, both participants are proud of choosing a process that rewarded their positive behaviors and allowed them to act honorably towards themselves and each other.
