Our primary practice area is consumer bankruptcy (Chapter 7 & Chapter 13). We provide personalized service to our clients and are not a "bankruptcy mill". You can always speak to an attorney at our office and not just the receptionist or a legal secretary.

In addtion we have over 12 years experience with drafting custom Wills and Trusts for our clients as well as Living Wills, and Durable Powers of Attorney.

Our firm handles real estate closings for banks, real estate agents and investors. We can close not only federally insured loans but also owner finance transactions.

After working for a medium sized law firm for five years, I started my own practice concentrating primiarly in the areas of bankruptcy law, residential and commercial real estate, wills/trusts, Probate, as well as assisting with the small business start ups (choice of entity, corporations, limited liability companies).
